About the role:
Marsh & Partners is growing. We need the expertise of a Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, seek out opportunities for new business, contribute to company policies and processes, drive operational efficiencies and lead and motivate a small team.
This is not just a straightforward tax role. This position is diverse, dynamic, interesting, client-focussed, business-centric and it needs someone with broad experience and the passion to succeed.
Day to day you will juggle all sorts of priorities to make sure your clients are listened to and well looked after, so it’s important that you are well versed in all areas of business advisory and are adept at working to tight deadlines.
We’d love to hear your ideas on how we can do things better – your drive, enthusiasm and initiative will be welcomed. If you desire to become Partner one day, M&P will support you to achieve your goal.
About you:
Ideally you have at least 5 years’ experience in business advisory services, and you’ve handled a diverse range of clients over the years. People-oriented, you are goal-driven and quick to connect with others. You love networking and you’re great at building trusted relationships.
With high emotional intelligence, you are sensitive to others (clients and colleagues) and you ask the right questions to best understand the person or the situation. You work with and through people to get results and your management style is fair.
Used to working at a fast pace, you are organised, proactive and are good at taking others along on the journey. Your command of the English language is excellent and you’re comfortable operating within policy and process when needed.
